Mechanics

Needs fall apart below 30. Sleep moves infection forward and restores Vigor. Disease has stages with published percents. Drowning is a boss in apartment 28, and beating it makes the party immune. Several other popular phrases have no 2.3 page, and I am leaving them blank.
Numbers I will print, and searches I will not answer
Hungry cuts max HP by 25 percent under 30 Food, and Starving under 0 cuts it by half and chips attack. Tired and Exhausted do the same shape of harm to stamina and agility. Lonely, Smelly, Depressed, and Anxious are the social and hygiene cousins. The exact Anxious line is on Sam’s page, so I am not paraphrasing a debuff I did not re-read line by line.
Infection sleeps into a 31 percent self-cure or a 69 percent slide into Disease 1. Disease 1 then splits 69/31 toward Disease 2 or straight to Disease 3. Disease 3 ends on the next sleep. Sam’s own odds move with a hidden hygiene between 51 and 100 percent. Disinfectant, medication, and a medic jar are the treatments named. I will not add a home recipe.
Sleep is allowed from 18:00 to 4:00 and restores 40 Vigor. Companions heal by difficulty: Explorer 100 HP and 50 STM, Survivor half of that, Cursed 40 and 20. Leftovers rot. Leigh can steal food on Cursed.
Drowning lives in apartment 28. At zero on its timer the boss appears. A win is permanent immunity for the party. You can also flee to the front door. It is not the sewer Furnace.
Honko is a score rank at 100,000, above ZZZ, and the 2.3 note says you cannot reach Honko or above YYY without a bug. Rank X is 25,000. Sell prices are 50 percent Explorer, 40 Survivor, 20 Cursed. Parallel vision, sprinting issues, movement in your bags, and sacrificing food have no matching 2.3 mechanic on the pages I checked. The arm sacrifice is real, and it is the Rat Child, not a food bowl.
Questions
How do you remove infection?
Disinfectant, medication, or the medic jar. Sleep also advances or clears the stages at the rates above.
Does sleep heal?
It restores 40 Vigor and a difficulty-based amount of ally HP. It also progresses disease.
