Nestor is a polite man in the ground-floor men’s room. He is not recruitable. If he meets Rafta, a parasitic worm, the wiki says his body becomes a hive and the parts run off as Worm Head, Worm Hand, and Worm Foot.

A letter, then a chase
Rafta’s love-letter quest is the switch. Delivering the letter is what the page ties to the infestation. I will not call the letter optional flavor. It is the documented cause. Before that delivery he is simply a person you can talk to in the same bathroom where Papineau sometimes stands. Two men, one room, different errands.
In the chase, only the torso attacks. The head, hand, and foot are fleeing pieces, not extra turns I can quote damage for. No HP row is published on the summary I used, so I leave health blank instead of borrowing a boss’s number.
He never joins the party. Searches for “Nestor companion” are a mismatch with Papineau, who is the recruitable person associated with that bathroom. If you came for a janitor, use Papineau’s page.
I also will not fold him into the Garbage Worm. That worm drops the janitor key ring in the basement. Nestor’s worms are a love-letter consequence on the ground floor. The names rhyme. The rooms do not.
