Quest NPC

Jeanne

Last checked 2026-11-03

Jeanne is not a companion. She is the woman in apartment 20 on Floor 2 who was outside with the laundry. Extra faces grow on her torso. The wiki’s end of that line is a twelve-headed hydra.

Laundry first, hydra later

The errand is concrete: bring her laundry back from the ground-floor laundromat and the page says she pays $50. That is the interaction I can date to a room. The transformation is the part that moves with the calendar. Faces accumulate. I will not assign a face count per day, because the article describes a progression and then the hydra, not a daily tally.

There is no party skill list, because she never joins. The hydra is an encounter, not a recruit prompt you failed. People asking “how to get Jeanne” are usually hoping for a companion slot the wiki does not offer.

She looked while hanging clothes. That is the same rule as the rest of the building: seeing the Visitor changes a body. I am not using her page to spoil the roof. The Visitor page holds that choice.

Floor 2 is also Lyle and Leigh’s neighborhood. Jeanne’s door is apartment 20, Lyle’s darkroom talk is apartment 21. Mixing those numbers is how a laundry run becomes a kiss. The map page for the upper floors is still a table row; Floor 2 does not have its own detail page in this first set.
