Don't Look Outside

If you typed “don't look outside,” you almost certainly want Look Outside, the RPG. The extra word is a memory error. There is also a separate, newer Steam listing with a longer “shut the windows” title, and a Slipknot album called Look Outside Your Window. Those are not this game.
Three different titles
Look Outside is Francis Coulombe’s game, published by Devolver Digital, on Steam app 3373660. That is the building, the eye, and the fifteen days.
Steam app 3527020 is a different listing whose title tells you to shut the windows and not look outside. I am not reviewing it. I am telling you the app id so the store pages do not get fused.
Look Outside Your Window is a Slipknot-related album title on Wikipedia. It is music. It does not have companions or a basement key.

What was Don't Look Outside made in?
If you mean the RPG, the stores and wikis say RPG Maker, and the wikis specify RPG Maker MZ. Wikipedia’s shorter line says RPG Maker.
