Leigh is behind a boarded door on Floor 2. The apartment 21 key starts her chase as the Grinning Beast. Beat that form, follow her back, and accept. If you leave, the wiki says the door stays shut for the rest of the run.

Follow her home

Level 5, 175 HP, 7 attack. The transformed kit is Claw and Bloodlust, and the skills exist only in that shape. I am not listing a human-form rotation the page does not give. The chase is the recruit interview.

Version 2.0 added cell-phone texts. Those are a side quest, not a replacement for the fight. On Cursed difficulty the pistol that appears after her story costs $100. On other difficulties the pistol is on Floor 2 after the story, without that price on the page I read. I keep the price attached to Cursed only.

She also raids the fridge while you sleep on Cursed. That is a food-economy note, and it belongs next to the sleep rules, but the cause is her. People searching “movement in your bags” or missing food sometimes have this, and sometimes they have a different event the wiki does not name. I will only claim the fridge raid.

“Lee” shows up in search suggestions. I do not have evidence that Lee is a separate tenant. I am not merging the names. If a later public page proves the nickname, this paragraph can change.

Cell-phone texts arrived in 2.0 and do not replace the chase. Bloodlust on her transformed kit is her word, not Hellen’s status of the same nickname. I keep the two bloodlusts apart so a plant quest does not get pasted onto a beast chase.

Defeat the Grinning Beast, follow her into the apartment, and accept. Leaving locks the recruit.

Is Lee the same person?

I have no source that says so. This page does not treat Lee as Leigh.
